Prayer for fellow EA momma

Another EA momma needs us to be praying for her and her family right now. She is currently 30(ish) weeks pregnant with boy/girl twins and her water has broken and should deliver in the next 2-5 days. Her little boy is doing well but she has known for some time now that her daughter will not make it. She has severe abnormalities and not expected to live long. I cannot imagine what they are going through right now and my heart is just breaking for them. I have known this woman for over 6 years through a forum that we both moderate.

Please keep her (M) and her hubby (J) in your prayers as well as her 3 year old little boy (EA baby from the same batch of embryos as the twins). Their family is hurting right now and they need us to pray for them. Thank you!

  1. How sad. Praying for that family.

  2. Hey Jess, I nominated you for a blog award so stop by and check it out when you get a chance!

  3. May God surround them with His loving presence.

  4. So sorry to hear this news...prayers for the whole family

  5. Hi Jess,

So sorry your transfer was cancelled...you may remember my original transfer was cancelled too, then next cycle, we were blessed w/ Sarah and Anna...then Jen K's 1st cycle was cancelled and she was blessed with Blakely...so here's to you getting blessed next cycle!!!

I'll continue to pray for your friend...my heart breaks for their family...I wanted to share the following in case it helps them or another family: As long as infection can be avoided...there are options to wait...
    2. Here's a link to another blogger whose water broke and she waited it out until contractions began and she had no option... against the original doctor orders...unfortunately her boys were only 19 weeks along and are waiting for her in heaven...http://www.hormonal-imbalances.com/2012/05/what-happened/

    Hope these links help someone!!!

  6. My heart goes out to this family and I will keep them in my thoughts and prayers. I hope all goes well with her delivery for the little boy and that an unexpected miracle occurs for her little girl...with all the prayers being said for this wee one she may just turn around and surprise everyone. If that is not the case, please make your friend aware of a foundation I belong to called NILMDTS. We are a group of volunteer photographers who go out and take pictures of babies who have conditions incompatible with life. Many parents find that having images of their babies helps them and their families to heal after experiencing such a great tragedy. The link is www.nowisleep.com

I love comments! They make me feel important.
