I too get more depressed around the holidays and this year even more so since I lost my Grandma last New Years Eve. I do try and cherish our time together just the two of us and I do realize it may always only be the two of us. I just need to suck it up. Every stinking year I say, "Plese God, make this the LAST year that I will experience Christmas without a baby in my arms." And, here we go again. I do love the holidays, but there is sadness too.
